Who we are

This website shows Luminex washing machines and LED TVs. It is run by ShivGanga Electro (INDIA), a trade name of Ganga Traders. In this policy, “we”, “us” and “our” mean this business.

What this site does and does not collect

This site has no accounts, no shopping cart and no online payments. The site itself does not set cookies or run analytics or advertising trackers.

Details you choose to share

The enquiry, dealer, service request, warranty registration, find-a-store and feedback forms may ask for:

• Your name and phone number
• The product you are asking about
• Your city, pincode, or shop name and city
• Bill or invoice number, purchase date and dealer name (warranty registration)
• Your message, and a star rating (feedback)

These forms do not send anything by themselves. They open WhatsApp with your message filled in, and your details reach us only when you press send.

How we use your details

• To answer your questions and share price and availability
• To register your warranty and arrange service
• To tell you where to see or buy Luminex near you
• To call back dealer enquiries
• To improve our products and this website, using your feedback
• To keep records we are required to keep for tax and accounts

Sharing

We do not sell your details. We may share them with an authorised dealer or service partner only as far as needed to handle your request, and with authorities where the law requires.

Other services this site uses

• WhatsApp (Meta): messages you send travel through WhatsApp and are covered by WhatsApp’s own terms and privacy policy.
• Google Fonts: your browser loads fonts from Google’s servers, which can see your IP address.
• Phone calls: calls to our toll-free number go through your phone carrier.

How long we keep your details

We keep them for as long as needed to answer you, honour your warranty and meet legal and tax requirements, and then delete them or stop using them.

Keeping your details safe

We take reasonable care to protect what you send us. No method of sending data over the internet is completely secure, so please do not share anything sensitive, such as bank or card details, with us over WhatsApp.
