Prices and orders

This site does not take orders or payments. Product pages show “Price on request”. Message or call us for the current price, offers and availability. A price is final only when it is confirmed in our quotation or your bill, which will also show the GST that applies. Offers can change or end without notice.

Warranty

Luminex washing machines carry the warranty shown on their product pages. Your purchase bill is your proof of purchase, so please keep it. To claim, message us on WhatsApp or call toll free with your name, product model and the issue. Detailed warranty conditions are provided with the product. If they differ from this website, the product warranty terms apply.

Returns and refunds

Purchases are billed at the time of sale. Returns, replacements and refunds follow the terms on your bill and warranty card. If you have a problem with a product, contact us as soon as you can.
